Before software became a major part of my work, I built ShayVisuals. For five years, I freelanced full-time across entertainment, corporate, and wedding media—from concept to final edit. I slowed down at the end of 2025, but that experience still shapes everything I make.

I built a popular music platform on YouTube around live performance videos, filming and working with more than 700 artists.

02 / On the road

Beyond one scene.

I traveled throughout Missouri and into southeast Kansas, northwest Arkansas, Little Rock, and Illinois to film live performances and share regional talent online.

03 / Behind the stage

From camera
to curation.

I also administered mid-sized live music events featuring That Mexican OT, DaBaby, and Big Boogie, and curated local talent for opening sets.

I’m O’Shay, a multimedia creative and software developer. My background in film and design grew into web development, marketing, and building software.

Today I build products and run NOIRA, bringing those disciplines together. I like taking an idea through the whole process: shaping it, making it work, and putting it into people’s hands.

    NOIRA

    Founder

    Founded NOIRA to bring web development, marketing, automation, and software together. Today, I run the business full-time alongside my product work.

  2. 2024 — May 2025

    Alpha Social Media

    Account Manager / Creative Lead

    Joined as a B2B videographer and editor. Promoted to Account Manager / Creative Lead in January, then stepped down in May 2025 to focus on building my own business. I’m deeply grateful to Rich Haik for believing in me and investing in my growth.

    American Grappling Federation

    Traveling Videographer

    Traveled to film grappling events for AGF, bringing my production work into live sports.

    Founded ShayVisuals in 2020 and worked full-time serving entertainment, corporate, and wedding clients before slowing down in late 2025. Created a YouTube performance platform, filmed and worked with 700+ artists, and administered live music events.
